Sending Failure Analysis

USMS messaging service provides daily sending data statistics. You can select the “Failure Analysis” submenu under the domestic SMS menu of the USMS messaging service, supporting queries of various sending failure reason analyses for domestic SMS by message type, statistical period, and other dimensions.

I. Domestic Sending Failure Analysis

On the [Domestic SMS \ Failure Analysis] page, you can select specific message types to precisely filter and view SMS sending statistics for the past 7 days, the past 15 days, last month, or a specified time period (the time span must be within 30 days):

  • The sending failure analysis data is based on the T-1 model, supporting queries of the sending data up to the previous day, not supporting statistics for the current day or real-time data;
  • The sending data statistics are presented on a daily basis, showing the receipt status codes and descriptions for various message types of the day, along with their proportions;
  • Supports exporting the sending data statistics results as an Excel file for the specified date range (click the export button at the top right of the page).
