Send Data Statistics

USMS SMS service provides send data statistics on a daily basis. You can access the statistics data of international SMS in the sub-menu “Data Statistics” under the international SMS menu in USMS. The system supports inquiries into international SMS statistics based on dimensions such as SMS type and statistical period.

I. International Send Data Statistics

On the [Domestic SMS \ Data Statistics] page, you can select the specific SMS type to accurately filter and view SMS sending statistics for the past 7 days, past 15 days, last month, or a specified time period.

• Send data statistics are based on the T-1 model, supporting inquiries into the send data up to the day before, without providing current or real-time send data statistics;
• The statistics are on a daily basis, including details such as target countries/regions, the total number of SMS sent, the number of successful sends, number of failures, number with unknown status, and the success rate;
• You can export send data statistics results for a specified date range in Excel format (click the export button at the top right of the page);

Note:

1. Send data statistics comprise all send statuses under the current account project, including reasons led by mobile terminal issues like carrier blacklists, suspended service, empty numbers, etc.
2. In the send data statistics results, the number of SMS sent signifies the actual billing number by the carrier.
