Review Time and Process

Review Time

1. Review Acceptance Time: Weekdays 09:00 - 18:00, with legal holidays postponed. We suggest submission before 17:00.

2. SMS signatures or SMS templates are generally reviewed within 1 working day after submission, and the review results will be provided.

Review Process

1. Only SMS templates can be applied for after the SMS signature application under the account project is approved.

2. SMS signatures and templates can only be normally used after passing the review.

3. Approved SMS signatures and templates do not guarantee successful delivery. If the SMS content is non-compliant, it will be intercepted by operators.

4. If the platform detects that your account is sending non-compliant content, the corresponding SMS signature, template, and account will be banned by the platform.
