Failed Delivery Analysis

The USMS messaging service provides daily sending data statistics. On the USMS service’s international and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan messaging menu page, you can select the “Failed Analysis” submenu, supporting queries about the reasons for sending failures of various international and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan messages based on SMS type, statistical period, and other dimensions.

International and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan: Failed Delivery Analysis

On the [International and Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan Messages \ Failed Analysis] page, you can choose a specific SMS type to precisely filter and view sending statistics data for the last 7 days, last 15 days, last month, or a specified period (the time span must be within 30 days):

  • The sending failure analysis data statistics follow a T-1 model, supporting queries for sending data up to the day before, but not for the same day or real-time sending data statistics.
  • Sending data statistics are on a daily basis, detailing various receipt status codes and descriptions for different SMS types of the day, along with their proportions.
  • You can export the sending data statistics results for a specified date range in Excel format (click the export button at the top right of the page).
