SMS Signature

1. SMS Signature Management

In the International and Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan SMS/SMS Signature Tab page of the USMS SMS service, the default display shows the SMS signatures applied for under the current project. The main information includes:

  • SMS Signature ID: The signature ID generated by the system. If there are issues or service inquiries regarding the SMS signature, providing this ID will expedite the resolution process;
  • Signature Type: Categorized based on your signature purpose and submitted materials into Company, App, Website, Mini Program, Trademark, Government/Institutional/Other Organizations, etc.;
  • Signature Content: Applied by you based on your signature purpose and submitted materials, but must comply with relevant standards (See: Signature Review Standards);
  • Creation Time: The time you submitted the SMS signature application;
  • Review Status: Updated in real-time based on the review progress, divided into Pending Review, Under Review, Approved, Not Approved;

You can manage and maintain the signatures you have applied for. SMS signatures with statuses of Pending Review, Under Review, or Not Approved can be edited again. Modified signatures will be resubmitted for review. For signatures not approved, the system will provide detailed feedback on the review result.
