SMS Template
1. SMS Template Management
In the SMS service USMS’s Domestic SMS/SMS Template tab, the system defaults to displaying the SMS templates applied for under the current project. The main information includes:
- SMS Template ID: A system-generated SMS template ID. When you have issues or service inquiries related to the SMS template, you can provide this ID to expedite the process.
- Template Type: Based on the purpose of your SMS, it is categorized into verification code, system notification, and marketing promotion SMS templates.
- Template Name: You can fill this in yourself, but it must meet relevant standards (see: Template Review Standards)
- Template Content: Based on the purpose of your SMS, it is applied for by you, but it must meet relevant standards (see: Template Review Standards)
- Creation Time: The time when your SMS template application was submitted.
- Review Status: Progress is updated in real-time based on the review stages, including: Pending review, Under review, Approved, and Not approved.
You can manage and maintain the applied SMS templates. Templates in the statuses of pending review, under review, or not approved can be edited again. After modifications, the signature can be resubmitted for review. For templates not approved, the system will provide feedback on the specific review results in real-time.
2. Self-Service SMS Template Application
2.1) Fill In SMS Template Information
In the SMS service USMS’s Domestic SMS/SMS Template tab, click the “Create Template” button at the top left of the list to go to the “SMS Template Application Page,” where you can fill in the relevant information as needed, as follows:
- Template Type: Based on the purpose of your SMS, it is categorized into verification code, system notification, and marketing promotion SMS templates.
- Template Name: You can fill this in yourself, but it must meet relevant standards (see: Template Review Standards)
- Template Content: Based on the purpose of your SMS, it is applied for by you, but it must meet relevant standards (see: Template Review Standards)
2.2) Sensitivity Word Detection (Self-Service)
You can self-service by clicking the “Sensitivity Word Detection” button for a self-check. This detection result is for your reference only. After the SMS template submission, it will be reviewed again.
2.3) Template Review Progress and Results
- Review Time: 09:00 - 18:00, excluding legal holidays, it’s recommended to submit your application preferably before 17:00.
- Review Progress: Generally, SMS templates will be reviewed within one working day after the submission of the application, and you will receive feedback on the review results.
- Urgent Application: If you urgently need to use the applied SMS template, you can submit a ticket or directly contact our technical support; we will expedite the review process.
- Review Result: Only when the review status of your SMS template is “Approved” can you use the SMS template normally.
