How to Add Remarks and Apply for Comments?
- When applying for an invoice, based on your needs, you have the option to fill in the remarks section of the invoice. The content you enter in the remarks section will appear directly in the remarks field on the invoice.
- When applying for an invoice, you can also choose to leave a comment at the bottom of the page. The content of the comment will not appear on the invoice.
Purposes for leaving comments include:
- Applying for an invoice from the DezaiCloud subsidiary, such as applying for billing in Inner Mongolia or Qingpu, etc.;
- Requesting other invoice contents, such as the Technology Service fee, etc. DezaiCloud will assess the feasibility of including other invoice contents based on actual business needs. If they cannot be accommodated, the account manager will be contacted to discuss the matter with your company promptly.
