Overdues Recovery Processing Logic

Fixed Bandwidth Billing

1. A billing statement will be generated and the deduction operation will be carried out during the purchase.

2. If the customer has enabled the “automatic renewal” function, and the account balance is insufficient on the next deduction date, the system will send an in-site notification for renewal. If the user’s arrears exceed 3 days, the bandwidth package resources will enter the “service suspension list”, and the line bandwidth in the bandwidth package will be adjusted to a speed limit of 0 kbps.

3. If the user’s arrears exceed 7 days, the bandwidth package resources will enter the “list to be recycled”, and all corresponding bandwidth package resources and configuration parameters will be deleted.
