# Expand File System

## Step 1: Enter the File Storage UPFS Product

## Step 2: On the console page, select the file system that needs to be expanded and click the "Expand" button to perform the expansion.

Notes:
   - UPFS does not support capacity reduction during the public beta period.
   - The capacity for UPFS expansion also needs to comply with the product capacity limit. Please see [product limitation](/docs/upfs/upfs_manual_instruction/limit) chapter for specific capacity restrictions.
