ALB Product Supporting Mounting Cross-domain VPC Cloud Servers

The load balancing ALB instance supports the ability of cloud-on-cloud load balancing. Backend service nodes not only allow adding cloud servers within the same VPC on the cloud but also support using the IP-type backend function to add IP addresses from VPCs in other cloud regions, on-premises data centers, and public network IPs as backend service nodes.
