Recovery Policies

This article mainly introduces the ALB recovery and notification process to avoid business impact due to resource expiration and recovery.

Buying Resources on a Monthly/Yearly Basis

3 days before your resources expire: A warning of imminent expiration will be sent to the notification recipient you set.

On the day your resources expire: A notification that the resources have expired will be sent to the notification recipient you set.

3 days after your resources expire: A reminder that the resources are about to be stopped is sent to the notification recipient you set.

10 days after your resources expire: A reminder that the resources are about to be recovered will be sent to the notification recipient, and the recovery operation will be performed on the resources on that day (resources cannot be retrieved after recovery, so please renew them in time).

Buying Resources on a Hourly Basis

On the day your resources expire: A reminder that the resources have expired will be sent.

The first day after your resources expire: A notification that the resources are about to be recovered will be sent.

The second day after your resources expire: A recovery notification will be sent, and the resources will be recovered.
