Management of Bandwidth Packages

View bandwidth packages

Method 1: Click [All Products] - [Network] - [UGN] - [UBP] TAB page on the console to enter the UGN bandwidth package management interface, where you can view all bandwidth packages bound to UGN instances under the user account.

Method 2: Click [Details] in the UGN instance management interface, select and enter the “UBP” TAB page. The relevant bandwidth package table information will be displayed on this page. By using this method, you can view the bandwidth packages associated with this UGN instance.

Adjust bandwidth packages

The bandwidth package of UGN supports the adjustment of the speed-limited bandwidth, and the adjustment will take effect immediately.

Operation mode Choose the [Adjust bandwidth] operation for the adjustment. Just fill in the bandwidth requirements in the popped-up window.

Change billing methods

The UGN supports the automatic switching between fixed bandwidth billing and fifth peak value billing, but does not support the automatic switching of traffic-based billing for the time being.

The billing method can only be changed once a month, and the change will take effect at 0:00 on the first day of the following month.

Operation method

Click the [Change billing method] operation corresponding to the bandwidth package, and fill in the adjustment requirements in the popped-up window.

If you need to cancel the change, click the [Change billing method] operation corresponding to the bandwidth package. In the popped-up window, select “Cancel the change of billing method”, and confirm in the secondary pop-up window.
