Refund Instructions

When the resource is deleted, if the user’s resource has not expired, the system will automatically refund the unconsumed part of the amount. The amount automatically enters the balance and can be used to purchase all our company’s products.

Prepaid fixed-bandwidth resources

The refund amount is the actual order amount, excluding the part paid by the coupon. The actual paid order amount: the amount paid by the user in cash and presents after enjoying the discount, excluding the part paid by the coupon.

• For monthly-purchased resources, when the usage time is less than the purchase cycle: consumed amount = actual paid order amount × (used duration ÷ total purchase cycle duration) × 1.5; when the usage time is equal to the purchase cycle: consumed amount = actual paid order amount.
• For annually-purchased resources, when the usage time is less than the purchase cycle: consumed amount = monthly price × 12 × years × (used duration ÷ total purchase cycle duration);when the usage time is equal to the purchase cycle: consumed amount = actual paid order amount.
• The minimum billing unit for refunds is an hour. Less than one hour is calculated as one hour.

Postpaid max5 peak resources

When resources are deleted, the system will automatically conduct settlement, and charge fees according to the resource usage amount within the billing cycle up to the time of deletion and the billing cycle.
