Recovery after Arrears

Fixed Bandwidth Billing

1. A bill will be generated at the time of purchase, and the deduction operation will be carried out.

2. If the customer has enabled “Automatic Renewal”, and the account balance is insufficient on the next deduction day, the system will send an in-site message notification for renewal. If the user is in arrears for more than 3 days, the bandwidth package resources will enter the “Service Suspension List”, and the line bandwidth speed limit in the bandwidth package will be adjusted to 5 kbps.

3. If the user is in arrears for more than 7 days, the bandwidth package resources will enter the “Pending Recovery List”, and all corresponding bandwidth package resources and configuration parameters will be deleted, which means these resources are ready to be recovered by the system for proper management.

Max5 Peak Billing

1. The monthly bill will be generated at 24:00 on the last natural day of this month, and the deduction operation will be carried out.

2. If the user’s account balance is insufficient, the system will send an in-site message notification for renewal. If the user is in arrears for more than 3 days, the bandwidth package resources will enter the “Service Suspension List”, and the line bandwidth speed limit in the bandwidth package will be adjusted to 5 kbps.

3. If the user is in arrears for more than 7 days, the bandwidth package resources will enter the “Pending Recovery List”, and all corresponding bandwidth package resources and configuration parameters will be deleted.

Traffic Billing

1. The daily bill will be generated at 24:00 every day, and the deduction operation will be carried out.
