Technical Realization
- Cloud-Network Integration
Each regional network element is an integrated network element structure composed of service gateways (VPC gateway, UWAN gateway, hosted gateway, dedicated line gateway) and cross-region gateways, enabling flexible networking for users’ public clouds, SD-WAN networks, hosted services, and dedicated line services.
- Traffic Engineering
The underlying network of the cloud networking simplifies the complexity of the backbone network through Segment Routing (SR for short) technology to achieve traffic engineering and supports multiple path scheduling capabilities.
- Rigid/Elastic Bandwidth
By deploying QoS services at the exit of the backbone network, bandwidth guarantee and elastic bandwidth are realized.
- Improved Forwarding Efficiency
The forwarding plane adopts MPLS technology to replace VXLAN+NVGRE technology, realizing packet header compression and improving forwarding efficiency.
