Disabling UCDN Service

When you do not want to use the CDN acceleration service, you can stop acceleration or delete the specified acceleration domain name on the CDN console.

Operation Steps

Enter the UCDN product interface, click Domain Management, on the domain management page, you can select the acceleration domain name you are going to handle for stopping acceleration/deleting acceleration.

You can also select multiple acceleration domain names at the same time for batch stopping/deleting.

If you need to temporarily stop the acceleration service of a specified domain name, you can choose to stop acceleration. After stopping acceleration, the domain name will stop resolving and will not switch the resolution back to the source station, and keeps the configuration.

For domain names that do not need CDN services, it is recommended that you remove the acceleration of the domain name, which can avoid additional costs caused by local DNS resolution delay and bound node access.

Domain Name Acceleration Service Disabling Strategy

When any one of the following three situations occurs in your business, the platform will disable your domain name and send a notification.

1, Acceleration domain name drop record: According to national related laws and regulations, DezaiCloud CDN cannot provide acceleration service for domain names that have not been filed in mainland China. If the domain name continues to be detected without filing for three days, it will stop providing acceleration service for the domain name. If the non-copied domain name is detected by the carrier, it will immediately stop acceleration, stop domain name resolution, and can be restored after completing the record. If it is not renewed within seven days, the accelerated domain name will be deleted from the platform.

2, Domain name has no traffic for more than 3 months, we will disable the domain name, and will not delete the domain name related configuration. If you need to use the related domain name after disabling, you can log in to the console to start acceleration.

3, The domain name has a large amount of DDOS attacks, affecting online services: If a domain name has a sudden large number of QPS requests and affects online services, to reduce user costs and ensure stable online services, we will immediately block the domain name and notify the user; for domain names that have been attacked multiple times, we recommend that you use security products to avoid potential attack risks.

Domain Name Recovery Strategy

If your domain name is in a non-accelerating state for more than 120 days (including not approved), the domain name configuration record will be automatically deleted. If you need to continue using it later, please go to the console to reconfigure and add it.
