# 5. Upgrade and Downgrade of Advanced DDoS Protection Service

### 1. Upgrade

Upgrading from a lower protection peak package to a higher protection peak package is allowed, such as upgrading from a protection peak of 20Gbps to 30Gbps.

### 2. Downgrade

Downgrading is **not allowed**. In other words, it is not allowed to downgrade from a protection peak of 30Gbps to 20Gbps.

### 3. Refunds

Refunds are **not allowed** after the successful purchase. 

### 4. Renewal

Renewal is not supported after the resource has expired, and you need to purchase it again.

Automatic renewal is enabled by default, but you can manually disable automatic renewal.
