## Account Cancellation

***Note: Once the account is canceled, it cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.***

#### Conditions for Account Cancellation

  - No active resources under the account
  - No outstanding payments under the account

#### Steps for Account Cancellation

1\. Log into the DezaiCloud console via master account. Enter "UAccount", choose "Account Security" and click "Cancel Immediately".

2\. Complete the "Cancel Condition Detection", and delete resources/pay late orders in time according to the detection results

#### Notes

  - Cancellation applications that do not meet the cancellation conditions will fail.
  - Due to the irreversible risk of cancellation, some accounts do not have a cancellation entry. If you need to cancel your account, please submit a work order or contact after-sales service (4000188113) to apply for cancellation.
  - After account cancellation, all accounts (main account and sub-accounts) will be unable to log in. To continue using DezaiCloud, you need to register a new account.
