Payment Due Explanation
If the instance expires or incurs charges, please promptly renew or recharge to ensure the normal use of your private connection instance service.
- When the payer’s account balance is insufficient, starting from the moment the balance is 0, the endpoint/service endpoint instance can continue to be used and continue to incur charges for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, if the balance of the paying account is still not recharged to more than 0, the endpoint/service endpoint instance will automatically stop service and cease charges.
- Within 24 hours after the endpoint/service endpoint instance stops service, if the balance of the paying account is still not recharged to more than 0, it remains unavailable; if the balance becomes greater than 0, the instance becomes available again, and charging resumes.
- If the endpoint/service endpoint instance stops service and the balance remains below 0 for 24 hours, the instance will be immediately reclaimed and irrecoverable.
Important Note:
- During the period of service suspension due to non-payment, if the payer is the service user, only the service user’s instance will be affected and unusable; if the payer is the service provider, it will affect the endpoint bound to the service provider making it unavailable.
- During non-payment recovery, if the payer is the service user, only the service user’s instance with non-payment will be reclaimed; if the payer is the service provider, the service provider’s instance needs to be reclaimed, all endpoints of the service instance remain disconnected.
- Service suspension refers to the disconnection of service between endpoints and endpoint services.
