(_In accordance with relevant regulations, starting from August 19, 2017, newly registered users who have not completed real-name authentication will not be able to purchase or use cloud products._)

Only after completing real-name authentication can you enjoy the following permissions:

1. Purchase high-configurations cloud hosts: CPU ≥ 8 cores

2. Purchase cloud hosts on an hourly basis

#### II. Elastic IP

1. Select the post-paid billing mode for traffic (charged by day)

## Financial Permissions

1. Apply for invoices

2. Apply for withdrawals
