Announcement on the Limitation of Recordable Website Quantity

Dear DezaiCloud user,

Since the launch of the electronic record in DezaiCloud in 2021, which facilitates users in record submission, we have found that some users use our record system to submit false records. To better serve the users while reducing the compliance risk brought by false records to our company, we decided to impose a limit on the number of websites that can be recorded starting from February 15, 2022.

The specific limitation rules are as follows:

Enterprise Real-Named Accounts:

The number of websites that the same account can record should not exceed 10.

Individual Real-Named Accounts:

The number of websites that the same account can record should not exceed 5.

Notes:

When cancelling the main entity, cancelling the website, canceling the access and other cancellation of the already recorded websites, the number of websites that can be recorded under the account will decrease accordingly.

For instance: If there is only 1 website that has been successfully recorded under the account of Enterprise A, and the application for website cancellation has been approved, the number of websites that can be recorded under this account should not exceed 9.

For users in special circumstances, the account manager can initiate an application. The record department will make a comprehensive evaluation. For those accounts that meet the requirements, the number of websites that can be recorded can be appropriately increased.
